Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. Today the owner portal runs in your browser, and guests order and pay on their own phones. Our iPhone and iPad app is coming soon.
What switching takesDoes it work on Android?
For guests, yes, everything works in the browser. The staff app is for iPhone and iPad only. Our iPhone and iPad app is approved by Apple and launches with our next release.
What happens after the beta?
The first 25 founding businesses get free for a year, plus a founding rate for life: a 0.1% software fee per order.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
After the beta, yes. Starter has a 1.5% software fee per order and no monthly subscription. Growth is $79 per location per month plus 0.5% per order. Cash orders carry no software fee. Coming soon. Merchants also pay Stripe processing fees on card transactions.
Am I locked into a contract?
Monthly Growth is billed month to month. Annual Growth is $790 per location, billed upfront for one year. No cancellation fee. Software fees apply per order, and Stripe processing applies only to card transactions.
